Add-On Patterns

Jennifer K. Smith is a professional cutter/draper trained in costume creation for theatre, dance, and opera. She has worked in the costume field for over 20 years and has created clothing for theatre, dance, and opera.

Jennifer taught costume technology courses at the University of Florida for 13 years, and continues to work with professional companies such as the Los Angeles Music Center Opera, Santa Fe Opera, and The Colorado Shakespeare Festival.

Now Jennifer brings her expertise to the creation of costume macros for PatternMaker Software and the creation of pattern making tutorials. Her experience with pattern making and teaching allow her to create interesting designs as well as give thorough explanations as to appropriate construction techniques.
