Established in 1998, the Vintage Pattern Lending Library seeks to return rare, antique and vintage fashion related publications to the public domain.

With an archive comprising nearly 10,000 individual patterns and fashion publications spanning 1863 through the mid-1950’s, the Library’s comprehensive collection is a treasure trove of what people actually wore when.
